1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 beef liver, cut into pieces
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Line a 10×15 inch oven tray with parchment paper or foil if you don’t have, but it may stick.
2. Place the liver finely chopped.
3. Add the flour and eggs, and process until smooth.
4. Spread evenly in the prepared oven tray.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, Cool, and cut into squares using a pizza cutter. The treats will have a consistency similar to a sponge. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
