The present information complies and regulates the conditions of BeeYou Travel.

First of all, we inform the user that he has rights regulated by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16,which approves the revised text of the General   Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users   and other complementary laws, arts .114 to 127.

 

Conditions

1.

The animals are totally the responsibility of their owners. BeeYou Travel or our guides have NO responsibility about the behaviour of the animals.

2.

BeeYou Travel clients should read the legislation section about the laws and rules of Spain that is located at the top right of the page.

3.

BeeYou Travel customers should inquire about the pet policy of the place they are going to visit. BeeYou Travel is only responsible for informing its clients when they hire an organised tour.

4.

BeeYou Travel customers should always inform BeeYou Travel if their pet has a history of violent incidents or if the animal has social problems.

5.

BeeYou Travel clients should always inform BeeYou Travel if their animal is pregnant or in its heat cycle.

6.

BeeYou Travel clients should always inform BeeYou Travel if the animal is in medication.

7.

BeeYou Travel clients should always inform BeeYou Travel about the method they use as insect repeller in their pet.

8.

Pets with any disease that can be transmitted can not participate in the activities of BeeYou Travel.

9.

BeeYou Travel has no responsibility for Guaurdería (dog daycare) or dog keepers. They are people we trust to work with, but they are not part of the BeeYou Travel team.

10.

BeeYou Travel has no responsibility of the policy of the hotel. If you book an accommodation through BeeYou Travel, you will have to responsibility to inform yourself about the hotel policy on pets.

11.

BeeYou Travel has the responsibility to inform you about your hotel if you book a personalised trip with us.

12.

Pet owners should check with their veterinarian if their animal can eat all the ingredients of the Surprise Boxes BeeYou Travel for their pet. In the description of the product you can read the ingredients of the food.

13.

From the moment the client hires a tour with BeeYou Travel, he accepts that photographs of him can be taken during the guided tour so that they can be included on the Bee You Travel website or on our social networks.

14.

From the moment the client hires a tour with BeeYou Travel, he accepts that photographs of his pet or pets can be taken so that they can be included in the Bee You Travel website or in our social networks.

BeeYou Travel Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees and charges

From the moment the contract is confirmed, we will apply the cancellation charges as shown below after receiving written notice of the cancellation:

Cancellation of 1 Day Tours

More than 72 hours’ notice: Full refund
Less than 72 hours’ notice: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours: No refund

For all 1 day tours operated by BEEYOU TRAVEL S.L., a cancellation notice is required with a minimum of 72 hours before the scheduled departure of the tour to obtain a full refund. If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours in advance, a reduced refund will be granted. For cancellations made with 24 hours or less, there will be no refund.

Cancellations must be sent in writing to beeyou@beeyoutravel.com.

In the case of natural catastrophe or very serious health problem, BeeYou Travel will analyse each particular case for cancellation policy.

Cancellations of Private & Customized Tours

More than 8 weeks’ notice: 90% refund
Less than 8 weeks’ notice: 50% refund
Less than 2 weeks’ notice: No refund

Cancellations made with more than 8 weeks’ notice (prior to departure): you will be refunded 90% of the total tour price. 10% is non-refundable, as this represents our direct cost of booking and preparing your tour.
Cancellations made with less than 8 weeks’ notice: you will be refunded 50% of the total tour price. 50% is non-refundable, as this represents our direct cost of canceling any arrangements made for your tour.
Cancellations made with less than 2 weeks’ notice: there will not be any kind of refund.

In the case of natural catastrophe or very serious health problem, BeeYou Travel will analyse each particular case for cancellation policy.

Further conditions

In the case of cancellation with third parties (such as hotels booked through our website and the services of walkers or dog sitters), there will be no refund from BeeYou Travel.

Under no circumstances there will not be a refund if a customer did not show up to what he booked without informing BeeYouTravel beforehand.
